We provided preliminary test-fit design services, full interior design, construction drawings, permit coordination and full construction with the furniture package. Full construction included demolition of existing interior walls, ceiling flooring prior to starting the new construction. Build-out of custom bank teller transaction desks, client lounge area, offices, meeting room, Vault, staff kitchen, washroom and janitor/IT room was executed on time and on budget. Truspace also provided a complete turn-key furniture package ready for the client to move in and open for business!

Peace Hills Trust required an effective and secure space to be designed and constructed while its management team focused on daily business operations and planning. With a definitive timeline quickly approaching due to existing lease agreements ending, Truspace was challenged to execute this project with precise time and cost limitations.

Truspace managed the preliminary design and test-fit plans through to full design, working drawings, permit coordination and then executed construction. All this happened while the client continued to work on internal business planning and operations with Truspace updating and engaging them at critical points throughout the project.

A well designed, functional and secure space that was completely executed by the Truspace team, elevating the client of tedious management tasks and keeping tabs on multiple all moving parts to ensure the project was completed on time and on budget.
