They partnered with Truspace to deliver a seamless, end-to-end solution from design through to completion.

The project began with a deep understanding of Grant Thornton’s organizational values – focusing on employee's experience, collaboration, and a renewed sense of workplace pride. Truspace’s approach included pre-ordering materials well in advance to align with the client’s tight move-in schedule, ensuring both efficiency and peace of mind.

The new office design marked a dramatic shift from traditional corner offices to a more open and collaborative layout. Offices that remained were fitted with full-height glass walls to balance privacy with transparency and natural light.

Employee-centric amenities became central to the design vision. The space now includes a fully outfitted kitchen and coffee area with a large TV, puzzles, and a ping-pong table – fostering spontaneous casual interactions and that ever-elusive “water-cooler” moment. The result is a vibrant, flexible workspace that supports both productivity and community.
